Follow these steps to integrate your DHL account with Boxify.
Prerequisites
Ensure you have an active DHL account and obtain the following credentials from your DHL account manager:
- client_id
- password
- prefix
- pickupAccountId
- soldToAccountId
Integration Steps
Step 1: Log in to Boxify
Go to Boxify and log in with your account credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
Click on the top right corner, then go to Profile → Settings.
Step 3: Create a Shipping Profile
Scroll to the Shipping Profiles panel and click Create New Profile.
Select DHL as the shipping provider.
Step 4: Enter Your DHL Credentials
Fill in the required fields with the information provided by your DHL account manager:
- Client ID
- Password
- Prefix
- Pickup Account ID
- Sold To Account ID
Also, ensure you provide the Shipper Address and Pickup Address.
Step 5: Save and Test
Click Save to store your settings.
To verify, submit a test order and check if DHL shipping is working correctly.
DHL Actions
Add AWBs
You can send orders to DHL here. Ensure all errors, such as missing addresses, are resolved before sending.
Print AWB
Reprint the AWB submitted to DHL.
Create Pickup
Schedule a pickup for DHL to collect packages from your pickup address.
View Pickups
Review the pickup history. Note that pickup cancellations must be handled directly with DHL.
Delete AWB
Caution: This action will delete the AWB from DHL and remove the tracking number from Boxify.
Conclusion
Once completed, your DHL integration with Boxify should be active, allowing you to ship orders seamlessly.
