Do you know that you can use the function of batch select order to change the status instead of changing it one by one?
Step:
1) Admin Panel > All Orders
2) Check the box beside the order that you want to batch change order status.
3) Click “Status” on the right top to change the status.
Take note that if you have change the order status to:
1) Ready to ship : Customers will be notified that the order is in process.
2) Shipped: Customers will be notified that the order is shipped.
