Knowing some tricks of excel help to ease the excel job!

1) Combined the text in excel.

Step 1: Prepare a sheet with the product code, color & size in the column.

Step 2: Key in the formula, for example, =A2&B2&C2 in the column where you want to generate the keywords.

2) Paste the combined text of keywords into the file.

Step 1: Copy the keywords.

Step 2: Right-click and choose paste special-> text.

If you use Chinese wording in the product description, you should save the file with the encoding code in UTF-8 to prevent getting garbled off the sentence.
If you have difficulties with MS Excel, you can opt to use LibreOffice because:
1) It will save the encoding code by default in UTF-8.
2) It’s easy to use and the function is similar with MS Excel.
3) It’s free.

3) Optional you can prepare the keywords in the google sheet and download them as CSV for importing into the system.

Step 1: Drag the downloaded sample file to the google drive

Step 2: Open a new sheet to prepare the keywords or the description as above no. 1 shows.

Step 3: Paste all the keywords and the description to the sample file.

Step 4: Download the file as CSV from google drive.

Step 5: Import the file to the system. (TOOLS > BULK UPLOAD KEYWORDS)
