Boxify sends order notifications and checkout links to customers through Facebook Messenger.

Why This Happens (Updated 2026)
Facebook may restrict messaging for a Page when it detects:
1. Suspicious or High Volume Activity
Rapid or repetitive messaging that looks automated or spam-like.
2. User Reports of Spam
If users report messages as spam or harmful, Facebook may restrict messaging.
3. Violations of Facebook Messaging Policy
This includes:
- Sending unsolicited promotional content
- Repeated broadcasts outside allowed time windows
- Excessive auto replies
