How the System Sends Messages

  • Within 24 hours → Standard Message
  • After 24 hours → FB Utility Message Template

Boxify will automatically switch to Utility Message when necessary.

Important: Facebook Approval Required

Every time you create or edit a Utility Message template,
the template must be submitted to Facebook (Meta) for approval.

During this review period:

  • The template cannot be used immediately
  • You must wait until Facebook approves it
  • Only approved templates can be sent successfully

We recommend finalising your message content carefully before saving,
to avoid multiple revisions and additional waiting time.

If a template is rejected, please review the content and ensure:

  • No promotional wording is included
  • The message is strictly transaction-related

Best Practices

When creating your Utility Message, ensure it is:

✔ Clear
✔ Short
✔ Transaction-related
✔ Free from promotional language

Remember:

A Utility Message is for transaction updates, not marketing.
