The Order Notification message is the automatic message sent to customers after they have placed an order.
It informs the customer that the order has been received by the system, and provides key order details for confirmation.
๐ฉ When is an Order Notification Sent?
โ When a customer places an order successfully.
If Order Notification Messages are disabled (under Message Settings), the system will not send this message.
๐ What Information Does the Order Notification Include?
By default, the notification may include:
- Customer name
- List of items ordered
- Quantity of each item
- Total amount
If the setting Order Notification Shows Unit Price is enabled, the customer will also see:
โ The unit price of each item in the order details.
If this setting is disabled, the notification will only show:
โ Item names and quantities
โ Total order amount
