Payment Message
The Payment Message (together with the Shopping Cart link) will be sent in Messenger when customers request the shopping cart from the system.
This message is commonly used to remind customers about:
Payment instructions (especially for offline bank transfer)
What to include in the Payment Message (Recommended)
1) Shipping fee / shipping options
Example:
- WM – RM10
- EM – RM20
2) Bank account details (for Offline Payment)
Example:
- ABC Sdn Bhd
- UOB Bank
- 123456789090
How to set up the Payment Message
Step 1: Go to Setting > Payment Msg.
Step 2: Customize the text in the right text box, or keep the system default template.

Important: Do NOT edit the shortcodes
Do not change any shortcodes in the template.
Shortcodes are required for the system to detect and auto-fill information based on the customer’s order.
Notes (Best Practice)
- If you accept Offline Payment, keep the instructions clear and short (bank name + account name + account number).
- If you offer multiple shipping zones (e.g., WM/EM/SG), list them in a simple format so customers don’t get confused.
- Payment Gateway = auto confirmed
- Offline payment = manual verification required
