The payment message and the shopping cart link will be sent to the messenger when the customers request the shopping cart from the system.
Recommended to have these in the message as a reminder to the customers:
1) Shipping fee.
Eg. WM-RM10, EM-RM20
2) Bank account detail
Eg. ABC Sdn Bhd
The steps to set up the payment message
Step 1: Go to Setting > Payment Msg
Step 2: Customize the text on the right text box. Otherwise, leave it as the system’s default template.
Do not change the shortcode in order for the system to detect it and change it according to the customer’s orders.
