Now you can use AI to automatically suggest similar keywords to customers if they order an out-of-stock (OOS) keyword!
How to Enable
Follow these steps to enable this feature:
- Go to Boxify.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Select GPT Profile.
Once enabled, AI will intelligently recommend similar products based on customer searches.
Configuration
After navigating to GPT Profile, you will see the following options:
- OpenAI – Input your OpenAI key here and save.
- Additional Prompt – You can put in additional instructions for AI. For example, “Always reply in Mandarin”.
How to Get Your OpenAI Key
Follow these steps to obtain your OpenAI API key:
- Go to the OpenAI website and sign up or log in.
- Go to Your Profile located on the top right corner.
- Select API Keys, and create a new secret key.
- After creating, OpenAI will show you a secret key. Copy that key as you won’t be able to view it again.
- Paste the API key into the OpenAI section in GPT Profile on Boxify.
- Save the Boxify settings, and you are done!
Note: OpenAI charges based on your usage, so be sure to monitor your usage regularly.
Example Use Case
In this example, you can combine AI with our feature “Enable Capture Message” to teach customers how to place an order via Messenger.
Example Prompt: “Teach the customer to place an order by commenting <keyword>+<quantity> in Messenger.”
