You may be hassling with canceling the ordered item and creating a new order for meeting the request of customers of sending to different locations. Here you can perform to split the order item into a new bill.
Step 1: Go to the order that requested to amend.
Step 2: Tick the check box of the ordered item that wants to split.
Step 3: Click “Split new“.
Step 4: Select the order status for the new order & click “Split“.
Step 5: Click “ok” to confirm the split action.
