- Get your Niimbot B21 printer.
It should cost you about RM170. - Plug in your printer via USB cable.
Do not use a USB extension; connect the printer directly to your PC. - Turn on the printer.
Long press the power button to turn it on. - Insert the sticker label into the printer.
Ensure the label is facing down. The printer should auto-calibrate the sticker label position. - Open the Boxify system.
Navigate to the OrderItems section. - Select one item to test print first.
- Print the item.
Note that the first print after turning on the printer may result in a blank page due to a known bug with the Niimbot printer. You can try printing again. - Print again if necessary.
You should get the desired printout starting from the second print.
Note: We have only tested this process with the Niimbot B21 printer. We do not guarantee compatibility with other thermal printers, but you can try them at your own risk.
Driver Troubleshooting(FOR Windows)
- Open Device Manager.
- Ensure the printer is recognized correctly.
It should be listed under “Ports (COM & LPT)” or “Universal Serial Bus controllers”. - Right-click the driver.
- Select “Update driver”.
- Choose “Browse my computer for driver software”.
- Select “Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer”.
- Select the first one, “USB Serial Device”.
