Remove or Refresh Connected Facebook App
If your Facebook permissions have changed or expired,
you may need to remove and re-connect the Boxify app from your Facebook Page.
Removing the app allows you to:
- Reauthorize permissions cleanly
- Resolve connection issues
- Refresh access tokens or permissions
- Fix message delivery problems
⚠ Removing the app will not delete your orders or Boxify data —
it only refreshes the Page connection.
Steps to Remove Boxify App from Facebook
Step 1: Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
Step 2: Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
Step 3: Click Business integrations in the left-hand side menu.
Step 4: Go to the app you want to remove, then next to the name of the app, click Remove.
After that, reconnect the app from Boxify Platform Setup.
Important Note
By doing this, you will need to switch to a personal profile as only the admin who did the connection can remove it.
