Follow these steps to get ready for your first order

Note

You don’t need to understand everything at once. Just complete the steps below in order.

Step 1: Create your Boxify account

Go to fb-live-admin.boxify.io, log in with Facebook, grant all the permissions Boxify requests, then select your Page in the admin panel. View Guide

Step 2: Set your business basics

Set country code, currency, and shipping countries. View Guide

Do this before anything else

Set your country code and currency the first time you log in, before you create a single keyword or take a single order. Every price you enter is stored in the currency set here. Changing it later does not convert your old prices, so orders already taken keep the wrong currency.

Step 3: Set up your shipping fee

Decide how you charge shipping for customer orders. View Guide

Step 4: Set up payment method

Choose how customers pay you (bank transfer, COD, etc.). View Guide

Step 5: Add at least one keyword

A keyword is the code a customer comments to order — for example, A01+1 orders one unit of item A01. View Guide

Step 6: Test your ordering process

Run a test order to make sure everything works correctly. View Guide

When all steps above are completed, you are ready to start collecting orders.
