Blacklist customers
The Blacklist feature stops specific customers from placing new orders through Boxify. Use it for fake buyers, customers who repeatedly skip payment, or any account you no longer want to sell to.
What happens when you blacklist a customer
Section titled “What happens when you blacklist a customer”- Boxify will not collect any new orders from that customer.
- Comments like
+1on your live sessions will not create orders. - Existing orders are not affected — you still need to handle them manually.
- The customer can still comment on your posts and live sessions as normal.
- The customer is not blocked on Facebook or Instagram. Blacklist only stops order collection inside Boxify.
How to blacklist a customer
Section titled “How to blacklist a customer”Method 1 — From the Order page
Section titled “Method 1 — From the Order page”- Go to Orders.
- Open the customer’s order.
- Find the customer profile section.
- Toggle Blacklisted to blue.
Method 2 — From the Customer list
Section titled “Method 2 — From the Customer list”- Go to Customers.
- Search for the customer.
- Select their profile.
- Click Edit, then toggle Blacklisted to blue.
When to use Blacklist
Section titled “When to use Blacklist”Use Blacklist when a customer:
- Repeatedly places orders but does not pay.
- Places fake or manipulative orders.
- Abuses order stacking.
Example
Section titled “Example”A customer keeps commenting +1 but never completes payment. After you add them to the Blacklist, their next +1 comment is ignored by Boxify. No order is created, and you do not need to cancel anything manually.
