Print Order Items with a Thermal Printer
Use these steps to print order item labels with a Niimbot B21 thermal printer.
Before you start

- You need a PC with a free USB port.
- Connect the printer directly to your PC with a USB cable — do not use a USB extension.
- Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a desktop computer. Label printing needs the browser’s serial port feature, which Safari, Firefox, and phone browsers do not support.
