Set Up Auto-Reply in Messenger

Setting up a Messenger persistent menu lets customers check their orders and cart without typing anything. It also reduces message flood and extends the window for Boxify to send order updates.

  1. Go to your Facebook Page and click Meta Business Suite in the left menu.
  2. Click the Inbox icon () in the left menu.
  3. Click the Automations icon () at the top.
  4. Scroll to Frequently Asked Questions and click the Edit icon.

Add My Orders, Shop Now, and My Shopping Cart to the menu by repeating these steps for each one:

  1. Click Add another question, then click the Edit icon.
  2. Type the question text (for example, My Orders).
  3. Toggle on Add on menu.
  4. Click Save Changes.
  5. Repeat steps 1–4 for Shop Now and My Shopping Cart.
