Boxify can only connect to a Facebook Page that is inside a Business Portfolio (also called Meta Business Manager) and where you have Admin access.

Step 1: Check which Business Portfolio your Page is in

1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
2. Click Settings.
3. Select Business Settings.
4. Click Accounts, then Pages.
5. Check whether your Page appears in the list.

If your Page appears, go to Step 3. If your Page does NOT appear, go to Step 2.

Step 2: Add your Page to a Business Portfolio

This is a common issue when a Page was created with a personal account or was never added to Business Manager.

If you already have a Business Portfolio:

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Click Accounts, then Pages.
3. Click Add.
4. Choose Add a Page.
5. Enter your Page name.
6. Click Confirm.

If you do NOT have a Business Portfolio yet:

1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/
2. Click Create Account.
3. Complete the setup steps.
4. Go to Accounts, then Pages.
5. Add your Page.

Why you need a Business Portfolio

Adding your Page to a Business Portfolio lets you:

• Connect third-party tools like Boxify
• Run Facebook Ads without errors
• Add and manage team members safely
• Keep control of your Page

Step 3: Check your access permission

Caution

Editor access is not enough — the connection may fail. You must be Admin of both the Page and the Business Portfolio.

To check your access level:

1. Go to Business Settings.
2. Click Users, then People.
3. Click your name.
4. Confirm you have full Admin access for both the Page and the Business Portfolio.
