Messenger selling works the same way as comment selling, but customers send the keyword through Messenger instead of commenting on a post. This gives customers a private way to order.

How Messenger ordering works

1. Create keywords for your products in Boxify.
2. Customers send the keyword and quantity via Messenger (for example, ABC +1).
3. Boxify detects the message automatically.
4. An order is created and checkout instructions are sent to the customer.

When to use Messenger selling

Messenger selling is useful when:

• Customers prefer to order privately
• You want to avoid orders appearing in public comments
• You promote products via direct messages
• You use auto-reply to guide customers through the process

Before you start

1. Make sure your Facebook Page is connected to Boxify.
2. Set up Messenger auto-reply if you want automated responses.
3. Check that your domain is whitelisted and permissions are active.
