A suggested flow for running a live session with Boxify. Adjust the sequence to suit your own process.

Before you start

• Read Order Statuses to understand how order statuses work.
• Read Admin Panel Overview to familiarise yourself with the panel layout.

Before the live session

1. Open the Keywords page and check the keywords and stock quantities you plan to sell. If an item’s stock is zero, customers cannot order it — top it up before you start.
2. Tap the Export button (top right of the Keywords page) to download your keyword list as Excel. Print it for reference during the stream, and copy the keywords straight into a pinned comment so you do not have to retype them.

Learn how to create keywords

During the live session

1. Pin your keywords, prices, and products as a comment at the start. Customers who join late can scroll up to see what is available.

2. Announce each keyword clearly as you present the item, and remind customers to comment the keyword plus quantity — for example, A01+2.

3. Watch the Stock Left column on the Keywords page to track remaining inventory.

   

   Go to Menu › Keywords › Stock Left column.

   Caution

   Do not edit stock during the live. Orders placed while you are typing get overwritten, and the count is wrong from then on — see how to update stock quantity.

4. Handle item swaps carefully. If a customer wants a different item, ask them to comment the new keyword to place a fresh order, then have your customer service team cancel the unwanted item.

   Note

   Only orders placed by keyword comment deduct stock automatically — manually created orders do not.

The 5-minute duplicate comment rule

Boxify ignores a repeat comment from the same customer within 5 minutes in two cases: Boxify’s queue drops a comment whose text is identical to their earlier one, and Boxify also ignores a comment with the same keyword and quantity even when the text differs (A01+1, a01+1, A01 +1 and A01+1 pls all count as the same). The identical-text check applies even if the earlier comment created no order; the keyword-and-quantity check only counts an earlier comment that Boxify processed. This is Boxify’s own de-duplication, not Facebook’s spam filter. A comment with a different quantity is processed immediately, and every processed comment adds to the order.

• Customer S comments A01+1, then wants 2 units total. Commenting A01+1 again within 5 minutes is ignored, so S must wait 5 minutes and comment A01+1 again. Boxify then combines both into an order of 2 units. Commenting a different quantity does not replace the first comment; it adds to it, so A01+1 then A01+2 makes 3 units. A customer who wants 2 units from the start should comment A01+2 once.
• Customer Z comments A02+1, then immediately wants 3 units total. Z can comment A02+2 right away because the quantity is different. A02+1 then A02+2 adds up to 3 units.

After the live session

Move your orders from Active to Shipped by following the Order Management Workflow: send payment links, reconcile payments, set orders to Ready to Ship, then upload tracking numbers.

Tip

Leave an order as Paid rather than Ready to Ship if the customer is still adding items — that is how order stacking saves them a second shipping fee.
