This is a suggested flow for managing orders around your live session. You can adjust the sequence to suit your own process.

Before you start

• Read Orders with Stackable Statuses to understand how order statuses work.
• Read Admin Panel Overview to familiarise yourself with the panel layout.

Before the live session

1. Open the Keywords page and check the keywords and stock quantities you plan to sell.
2. Tap the Export button (top right of the Keywords page) to download and print your keyword list for reference during the stream.

During the live session

1. Watch the Stock Left column on the Keywords page to track remaining inventory.

Go to Menu › Keywords › Stock Left column.

Caution

Do not update the stock quantity while a customer is actively ordering that item. Editing stock during an order will cause the count to go out of sync.

After the live session

1. Send payment links to all orders with the status Active.
2. Check payment receipts under Paid Orders or Payments, then complete the payment reconciliation in the system.
3. In All Orders, check the shipping option each customer selected. Change the order status to Ready to Ship to begin packing, or leave it as Paid if the customer is still adding items.
4. Print the orders marked Ready to Ship and send them to your warehouse for packing.
5. When the courier has collected the parcels, batch-change those orders from Ready to Ship to Shipped. You can also bulk upload tracking numbers.
