Boxify can capture orders from comments posted inside a Facebook Group. Before you use this feature, make sure all of these conditions are met:

1. The group must be a public group.
2. Comments are only captured from the Group’s Discussion tab.
3. Your Facebook Page must be an Admin of the group.
4. Comments are only captured from posts made by your Page, or from posts your Page has shared in the group.
5. The group’s Private Replies setting must be turned ON.

Facebook bug — order notification limit

Caution

There is a known Facebook bug that affects order notifications in groups. Only customers who have interacted with your Page in the last 24 hours will receive order notification messages. You can read more about this bug here.

Tip

Customers can always get their latest shopping cart by sending cart as a private message to your Page.

How to create a Facebook Group

1. Switch to your Page role on Facebook.
2. Go to https://www.facebook.com/groups/feed/.
3. Click Create New Group.
4. Fill in the group details and set the group to Public so Boxify can capture comments.
