Sell on Facebook
This article shows you how to collect orders automatically from Facebook using comment keywords.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Connect your Facebook Page to Boxify.
- Configure Messenger auto-reply.
- Whitelist your domain.
- Grant required permissions.
Supported platforms
Section titled “Supported platforms”Comment Selling works on:
- Facebook — Posts, Albums, Live Videos
- Instagram — Posts and Live Videos
- Messenger — Direct message orders

How Facebook Comment Selling works
Section titled “How Facebook Comment Selling works”- Create keywords for your products in Boxify.
- Ask customers to comment the keyword and quantity (for example,
ABC +1). - Boxify detects the comment automatically.
- An order is created and sent to the customer via Messenger.
When to use Live Window instead
Section titled “When to use Live Window instead”Use Live Window (Facebook Advanced Selling) if you:
- Run auctions where the highest bid wins
- Sell limited-quantity items
- Have comments that Facebook hides or filters
- Want full manual control over who gets each item
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”If a customer comments correctly but no order is created:
- Check that the keyword spelling is exact.
- Verify your Facebook Page permissions are active.
- Review any platform limitations that may apply.
