This article shows you how to collect orders from Instagram comments automatically using the same keyword method as Facebook Comment Selling.

How Instagram Comment Selling works

1. Create keywords for your products in Boxify.
2. Customers comment the keyword and quantity on your Instagram post or live (for example, ABC +1).
3. Boxify detects the comment automatically.
4. An order is created and sent to the customer.

Connect your Instagram account

1. Convert your Instagram account to a Business account.
2. Connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Page.
3. Go to Boxify and log in with Facebook.
4. Grant all permissions when prompted.
5. Comment a test keyword on any Instagram post or live (for example, ABC +1) to confirm orders are being captured.

Caution

Make sure your Instagram account stays connected to Boxify. If permissions expire, reconnect your account in the settings.

Troubleshooting

If a customer comments the correct keyword but no order is created:

1. Check that the keyword spelling is exact.
2. Make sure your Instagram account is still connected.
3. Review your platform permissions.
