Boxify captures orders from your Facebook Live automatically so you spend less time on admin and miss fewer sales.
How orders are captured
Section titled “How orders are captured”Customers place orders by commenting a keyword during your live or on a post. Boxify picks up the comment and creates the order instantly.
Set up important info, shipping, and auto-messages
Section titled “Set up important info, shipping, and auto-messages”- Important Info: Add a note shown to customers before payment — for example, your bank account number, payment deadline, or delivery schedule.
- Shipping Options: Set the shipping choices available to your customers at checkout, including how the fee is calculated.
- Auto-messages: Customize the messages Boxify automatically sends to customers when their order status changes.
Payment methods
