Use bulk upload to add or update many keywords at once using a spreadsheet file (CSV format).

Create new keywords

1. Go to TOOLS › BULK UPLOAD KEYWORDS and click GET SAMPLE CSV to download the template file.
2. Open the file, fill in your product details, and save it as CSV. Leave the id column blank for new keywords.
3. Drag the saved file into the upload area and click UPDATE OR CREATE.

After uploading, check the status column:

Status	Meaning
NEW	The keyword was added successfully.
OK	The keyword was uploaded without errors.

Caution

If you see a warning that keywords are invalid, open the file and check for missing columns.

Update existing keywords

1. Go to KEYWORDS, filter to find the keywords you want to edit, then click Export in the top right.
2. Open the exported file and make your changes. Keep the id column as-is — Boxify uses it to match each row to the correct keyword.
3. Go to TOOLS › BULK UPLOAD KEYWORDS, drag the updated file in, and click the update button.

Bulk upload photos and video links

To attach the same photo or video link to several keywords at once instead of editing each one separately:

1. Go to KEYWORDS and select the keywords you want to update.
2. Click IMAGES.
3. Upload the photo.
4. Paste in the video link.
5. Click Save.

Caution

This replaces the photos and video links of every selected keyword. Any keyword that already has its own photos loses them, so select only keywords that should share the same media.
