This page explains what each section of the Boxify admin panel does.

Section	What it shows
Dashboard	Your sales at a glance.
Analytics	Sales and order reports.
Contacts	Every customer who has interacted with your Facebook page after connecting to Boxify. Includes their full order history.
Orders	A submenu with the order lists below.
Orders › Active Orders	All open orders with the status “Active”, “Waiting for Payment”, “Waiting for online payment”, “Paid”, or “On hold”.
Orders › Paid Orders	Orders with the status “Paid” only.
Orders › Awaiting Payment	Orders with the status “Waiting for Payment” or “Waiting for online payment”.
Orders › Ready to Ship	Orders with the status “Ready to Ship” only.
Orders › All Orders	Every order, regardless of status.
Payments	Every payment, where you reconcile bank transfers and receipts.
Order Items	A flat list of every individual item across all orders.
Keywords	Create and manage the keywords your customers use to place orders.
Webstore	A submenu with Variants, Selections, and Categories for your webstore products.
Others	A submenu with Vouchers, Tags, Waitlists, and Exports.
Discount Rules	Set up automatic discounts.
Tools	Extra tools for managing your store.
Credit Logs	The history of credit changes for your customers.
QR scan	Opens your phone camera to scan an order QR code and jump straight to that order. See About the QR Code.
Reward Program	Opens the Boxify reward program details in a new tab.
Feature Request	Opens a form in a new tab where you can suggest a feature.

Change the text size

Use the A− and A+ buttons in the top bar to make the text smaller or larger. They are hidden on phones.

Use the admin panel on your phone

Add Boxify to your phone’s home screen so you can manage orders from anywhere.

Tip

Use Chrome for this. Other browsers may not show the “Add to Home Screen” option.

1. Open fb-live-admin.boxify.io in Chrome
2. Tap Menu › Add to Home Screen.
