Connect Ninja Van Account

Link your Ninja Van account to Boxify so you can create and print shipment labels directly from your order list.

Before you start

Section titled “Before you start”

Sign up for a Ninja Van account if you do not have one yet.

Set up the shipping profile

Section titled “Set up the shipping profile”
  1. Log in to Boxify and go to Settings › Shipping Profiles.
  2. Click Create New Profile, then fill in the following fields.

Parameters tab

  • Client_id — Log in to the Ninja Van portal, go to Settings › IT Settings, and copy your Client ID.
  • Client_secret — From the same IT Settings page, copy your Client Key.
  • country_code — Select MY (Malaysia is the only supported country).
  • Service_type — Enter Parcel.
  • Service_level — Select the level your business uses with Ninja Van, such as Standard, Express, Sameday, or Nextday.

From tab

  • Name — Your company name.
  • Phone_number — Your contact number.
  • Email — Your email address.

From Address tab

  • from.address — Your company address.

Parcel_job tab

  • is_pickup_required — Tick this if your parcels need to be picked up.
  • pickup_service_type — Enter Scheduled.
  • pickup_service_level — Select the level your business uses, such as Standard or Premium.

Parcel_job.dimensions tab

  • parcel_job.dimensions — Select the size that applies to your parcels.
  1. Toggle the switch to blue to enable the Ninja Van shipping profile.
  2. Click Save Changes.

Create and print the airwaybill

Section titled “Create and print the airwaybill”

An airwaybill (AWB) is the shipping label attached to your parcel.

  1. Go to All Ready to Ship from the left menu.
  2. Select the orders you want to ship.
  3. Click Courier in the top right, then choose Ninja Van.
  4. Click Create AWB, review the shipment type, pickup date, and time, then fill in any pickup or delivery instructions.
  5. Click Submit to send the orders to Ninja Van.
  6. Return to the Ninja Van Malaysia Actions window and click Print AWB.
  7. Click Print All to print every label at once, or click Print next to each label to print individually.
