Live Window lets you read all incoming comments and create orders by hand during a Facebook Live. Unlike Comment Selling, you are in full control of every order.

When to use Live Window

Use Live Window when you:

Run auctions where you pick the highest bidder
Sell limited-quantity items
Have many different product variants and prefer not to create keywords for each one
Have comments that Facebook hides or filters
Want to decide manually who gets each item

How Live Window works

Start your Facebook Live session.
Open Live Window in Boxify — go to Tools › Live Window.
Read all incoming comments, including any that Facebook would normally filter out.
Assign items to customers by clicking on their comments.
Orders are created directly from Live Window.
