Live Window lets you read all incoming comments during a Facebook Live and create orders by hand. Unlike comment selling, you control every order: which items go to which customers, and you can edit or cancel orders on the spot.

Why comments go missing without it

Facebook ranks comments and automatically hides the ones it judges to be spam or low quality. During a live that means you never see some of the orders customers are trying to place.

Live Window shows every comment, including the hidden ones, so:

• You can reply to every customer, which helps your Page rating.
• You capture orders that would otherwise be lost.

Benefits of creating orders manually

• Edit on the spot: Change or cancel a customer’s order immediately when they ask.
• No keywords needed: You do not need to set up keywords in advance.
• Start and end announcements: Boxify posts a comment when you start and stop selling a product.
• Winner announcement: Boxify posts the successful buyer’s name in the comments.
• Order notification after bidding: Boxify sends the order notification to the customer’s Messenger as soon as you submit the order.

When to use Live Window

• You run auctions where you pick the highest bidder. Live Window shows all comments so you can pick the highest bidder.
• You sell limited-quantity items, or items with many variants (colours, sizes) and little stock, such as bags, clothes, shoes, and accessories.
• You would rather not create a keyword for each variant.
• Facebook is hiding or filtering your comments.
• You want to decide manually who gets each item.

If you would rather orders were created automatically from keyword comments, use comment selling instead.

Open Live Window

1. Go to Tools in the left menu.

2. Click Live Window.

   

3. The comments panel appears on the right of the Live Window screen.

   

Create orders with Live Window

1. Start your Facebook Live on your Page.

2. Open Tools › Live Window in Boxify.

3. Enter the product details under Main (Item, Unit Price, Specifications).

   

4. Click Start when you begin selling the product. A comment is posted to your live.

5. Read the incoming comments, including any Facebook would normally filter out, and assign items to customers by clicking their comments.

6. Click End when you finish selling the product. A comment is posted to your live.

7. Click Submit to send the order list to the system. Customers receive their order notifications.

You can also use the Comment Picker to choose a winner during a giveaway or auction.

Products input

• Item: Type the product description.
• Unit Price: Type the product’s unit price.
• Specifications: Type any additional product details.

• Start: Click to post a comment announcing that selling has started.
• End: Click to post a comment announcing that selling has ended.
• Submit: Click to send the order list to the system. Boxify will send order notifications to customers.

All orders added for customers appear here.

The comments window

All comments appear here in real time. You can take the following actions on each comment:

1. Add a new order item for this customer.
2. Reply to the customer’s comment.
3. Add the previous item to this customer’s order.
4. Clear the comment box to keep the screen tidy.
5. Pause the comment feed when you need a moment to review.
6. Blacklist icon — Block a disruptive customer immediately.
7. Rating icon — Rate a customer on the spot.
8. Outstanding icon (Business plan) — See the customer’s total unpaid amount at a glance. By default it counts only unpaid orders placed more than 48 hours ago. You can change this in Parameters.
9. Edit icon — Correct a customer’s comment if they typed the wrong code or do not know how to order. Example: Clicking Edit and entering A01+1 will treat the original comment “red and blue” as a valid order for A01+1.
