Boxify can only connect to a Facebook Page that:
- Is inside a Business Portfolio (Meta Business Manager)
- You have Admin access to both the Page and Business Portfolio
Step 1: Check Which Business Portfolio Your Page Is In
- Go to 👉 https://business.facebook.com/
- Click Settings (⚙️)
- Select Business Settings
- Click Accounts → Pages
- Check whether your Page appears in the list
If your Page appears → proceed to Part 2.
If your Page does NOT appear → see Step 2 below.
Step 2 – If Your Page Is NOT Inside Any Business Portfolio
This is a very common issue.
You may face this if:
- You created the Page using personal account only
- You never set up Business Manager
- The Page is owned by someone else
- The Page was added to another Business Portfolio
Case A – You Already Have a Business Portfolio
- Go to Business Settings
- Click Accounts → Pages
- Click Add
- Choose Add a Page
- Enter your Page name
- Confirm
Case B – You Do NOT Have a Business Portfolio
- Go to 👉 https://business.facebook.com/
- Click Create Account
- Complete the setup
- After creating it, go to Accounts → Pages
- Add your Page

Step 3 – Check Your Access Permission
Even if your Page is inside Business Portfolio, you must:
- Be Admin of the Page
- Be Admin of the Business Portfolio
If you are only an Editor, connection may fail.
To check:
- Go to Business Settings
- Click Users → People
- Click your name
- Confirm you have full Admin access
