Possible reasons:
- Page not inside Business Portfolio
- You are not Admin
- Logged into wrong Facebook account
- Page is owned by another Business Portfolio
Solution:
- Double check here
- Make sure you log in using the correct Facebook account
❓ Cannot Select Business Portfolio
Possible reasons:
- You do not have Admin access
- Business Portfolio setup incomplete
Solution:
- Check permission under Facebook Business Settings → Users → People
❓ Connection Failed or Permission Error
Solution:
- Log out of Facebook
- Clear browser cache
- Log in again
- Reconnect
- Make sure all permissions are turned ON during approval
