Orders with Not Stackable statuses

Ready to ship

  • An order with this status means it has been verified the payment and is in the queue of packing and sent for shipment.
  • A notification message will be sent out by the system for updating the order status to the customer.
  • For online payment: The order status will be updated to READY TO SHIP by the system if the customers select the shipping option of indicating ship right after the payment is verified, such as ‘Ship now’, ‘WM’, ‘EM’ or etc.
  • Recommended setting up the auto-reply of MY SHOPPING CART to the messenger to cover some use cases where customers not receiving the notification due to Facebook messenger policy.

Shipped

  • An order with this status means it has been taken by the courier service.
  • A shipped notification message will be sent out by the system for updating the order status to the customer.
  • Recommended setting up the auto-reply of MY SHOPPING CART to the messenger to cover some use cases where customers not receiving the notification due to Facebook messenger policy.

Locked

  • In some special cases, the merchants may need to lock the order until the problem is solved.
  • The customers will not able to upload a receipt or submit the shopping with this status until the merchant release it to another status.

Preorder

  • The customers are able to perform the payment process either offline or online payment. And, fill up all the details to submit the shopping cart.
  • The status will remain as PREORDER after the system detects a payment made for the order.
  • Usually, this status is used for keeping the preorder items until the stock arrives.
  • In some special cases, the merchants can use it for other purposes.

No Stack

  • An order with this status will not stack the order as its label.
  • The customers are able to perform the payment process either offline or online payment. And, fill up all the details to submit the shopping cart.
  • The status will be updated to PAID after the system detects a payment made for the order, and so it will become a stackable order after being updated to PAID.

Cancelled

  • The order items will be cancelled after detecting the order status being changed to CANCELLED.
  • The quantity of the cancelled item will be put back into the stock left.
  • The cancelled order cannot be recovered.
