Unable to upload the receipt via phone

Why?

Some phones might having a hard time on uploading the receipt. This is due to FB Messenger’s in-app WebView and only FB can solve that. Here are some workarounds.

How?

  1. Tap on the “Copy link”, paste the link in an external browser, e.g. Chrome or Firefox app.
  2. OR Request customer to send via Facebook Messenger.
