Shipped notification

The shipped notification will be sent to the customers when the merchants mark the order status as “Shipped“.

The steps to set up the payment message

Step 1: Go to Settings > Shipped notification

Step 2: Customize the text on the right text box. Otherwise, leave it as the system’s default template.

Do not change the shortcode in order for the system to detect it and change it accordingly.

Why the shipped notification failure to send out?

Facebook’s messenger policy allows the business to have 24 hours to respond to the customers (time calculated from the customers initiating a text to the business messenger). The system cannot send out messages to those customers who are out of 24 hours window.

The methods to send out the shipping notification

1 ) Request the customers to tick the check box under the ‘Receiving shipping update‘ in the shopping cart.

2) Enable the force send in the Boxify system for sending out the messages.
Step 1: Go to SETTINGS > PARAMETERS

Step 2: Scroll down to Admin Panel and tick the check box of ‘Allow forcefully send shipping messages‘.
