Shipped notification (Standard & FB Utility)
Shipping notifications tell customers when their order moves to Ready to Ship or Shipped. Boxify can send these through two types of messages:
- Standard Message (System Message)
- FB Utility Message
Standard Shipped Notification
Section titled “Standard Shipped Notification”By default, Boxify sends a Standard Shipped Notification when an order status changes to Shipped.
Configure this message under Setting › Shipped Notification.


Limitation of Standard Messages
Section titled “Limitation of Standard Messages”Standard messages follow Facebook’s 24-hour messaging rule.
- If the customer messaged your page within the last 24 hours, the notification is delivered normally.
- If more than 24 hours have passed, the message may not be delivered.
How it works now
Section titled “How it works now”- Customer is within 24 hours: the Standard message is sent.
- Customer is outside 24 hours: the system sends the configured FB Utility Message template instead.
This ensures customers receive shipping updates regardless of when they last interacted with your page.
Ready to Ship vs Shipped
Section titled “Ready to Ship vs Shipped”Both statuses are fulfilment updates and can trigger shipping notifications.
- Ready to Ship — the order is prepared for dispatch. Configure the notification under Setting › FB Utility Message.
- Shipped — the order has been dispatched.

- Set up and get approval for your FB Utility Message template.
- Add the tracking number before marking an order as Shipped for a better customer experience.
