Instagram Conversation Manager
The Instagram Conversation Manager gives you a single place to view and reply to Instagram Direct Messages so you do not miss customer inquiries during busy selling periods.
How to open Conversation Manager
Section titled “How to open Conversation Manager”- Log in to your Boxify Dashboard.
- Go to Menu › Tools › IG Conversation Manager.
When it is most useful
Section titled “When it is most useful”Use Conversation Manager when:
- You are running an Instagram Live session.
- You launch a limited-stock product.
- You run a flash sale or promotion.
- Many customers are sending DMs at the same time.
How it supports order collection
Section titled “How it supports order collection”If Message Capture is enabled in Boxify:
- A customer sends a keyword via Instagram DM.
- Boxify creates an order automatically if the keyword and stock conditions are met.
- A payment link or cart link is sent to the customer via Instagram DM.
Conversation Manager lets you monitor all of these interactions in one view.
Best practices
Section titled “Best practices”- Ask customers to DM you directly to start an order.
- Reply within the 24-hour messaging window that Instagram allows.
- Avoid copy-pasting the same message repeatedly — Instagram may flag this.
- Keep your tone natural and conversational.
- Watch message volume closely during peak sessions.
