Tips to start FB Live with Boxify
Use these tips to run your Facebook Live sessions more smoothly with Boxify.

Pin your keywords, prices, and products as a comment at the start of your live. Customers who join late can scroll up to see what is available.

Check your stock before going live. If a product’s stock quantity reaches zero, customers cannot place orders for it. Refill or adjust stock before starting.

Handle item change requests carefully. If a customer wants to swap an item, ask them to comment the new keyword to place a fresh order. Then contact your customer service team to cancel the unwanted item.

The spam filter blocks duplicate comments within 5 minutes. Each unique keyword comment within 5 minutes counts as one order, with one exception:
- Example 1: Customer S comments
B+1, then wants 2 units total. S must wait 5 minutes and commentB+1again. Boxify will then combine both comments into an order of 2 units. - Example 2: Customer Z comments
A+1, then immediately wants 3 units total. Z can commentA+2right away — the quantity increase is processed without the 5-minute wait. Boxify combines both into an order of 3 units.
