About Override Shipping Cost

Override Shipping Cost lets you set a fixed shipping fee for an order. Once you set it, the customer cannot choose a different shipping option from their shopping cart.

Set the override shipping cost

1. Click into an order, then click Edit in the top right.
2. Scroll to the Override Shipping Cost section, choose a shipping option from the list, and enter the shipping fee amount next to it.
3. Click SAVE & SHOW.
