Search Orders with Special Characters in Facebook Names

If a customer’s Facebook name has special characters, or the customer changed their name after placing an order, searching by name will not work. Use the order number instead — every order has a unique number that never changes.

From the payment link in Messenger — the order number appears in the shopping cart message sent to the customer.

From the customer summary — go to Admin PanelMenuPaid Orders / Active Orders / All Orders, then click the customer’s name.

Admin Panel > Menu > Paid Orders / Active Orders / All Orders > click customer name

  1. Go to Admin PanelMenuAll Orders.
  2. Click ADD FILTER and select Order Number.
  3. Enter the order number to find the order.
