Run an Order Status Report

Exporting orders by status gives you a list of how many orders are in each stage — so you can spot orders that are stuck and follow up with customers to resolve them.

  1. Go to All Orders in the left menu.
  2. Select the order status you want to export.
  3. Set the start date and end date for the orders you want to see.
  4. Click Export.
  5. Click Exports in the left menu.
  6. Click the download icon (Download icon) next to your export file.
  7. Select Export Standard, choose the fields you want in the CSV file, then click EXPORT.
