Payment Confirmed Message
This article explains how the Payment Confirmed Message works and when Boxify sends it to your customers.
The Payment Confirmed Message is an automatic message sent to the customer when their order is marked as paid.
Set up the message
Section titled “Set up the message”Customize the message text in FB Utility Message settings.
The message you write there is what customers receive after their payment is confirmed.
How the message is triggered
Section titled “How the message is triggered”The message is sent when you turn on the Paid switch in the Receipt tab of an order.
Go to Order › Receipt Tab › turn on Paid.
Once the order changes to Paid, Boxify automatically sends the message to the customer.
