Whitelisting Boxify’s domains on your Facebook Page allows Boxify to send order messages, lets customers view their shopping cart, and enables the auto-fill feature on the checkout page.

Caution

You must complete this step before Messenger ordering will work correctly.

Steps to whitelist the domains

1. Go to your Facebook Page and open Meta Business Suite.
2. Click All Tools in the menu.
3. Click Page Settings under the Manage section.
4. Click New Page Experience, then click Advanced Messaging.
5. Scroll down to Whitelisted Domains and add both of these URLs:
   • https://fb-live.web.app/
   • https://fb-live.boxify.io/
