Smart Out of Stock Suggestion

When a customer comments on a keyword that is out of stock, Boxify can use AI to automatically reply with suggestions for similar products. This keeps customers engaged instead of getting no response.

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select GPT Profile.

In GPT Profile, fill in the following:

  1. OpenAI — Paste your OpenAI API key here and save.
  2. Additional Prompt — Add any extra instructions for the AI. For example: “Always reply in Mandarin”.

An OpenAI API key lets Boxify connect to the AI service. To get one:

  1. Go to the OpenAI website and sign up or log in.
  2. Click your profile in the top right corner.
  3. Select API Keys, then create a new secret key.
  4. Copy the key immediately — OpenAI will not show it to you again.
  5. Paste the key into the OpenAI field in GPT Profile on Boxify.
  6. Click Save.

You can combine this feature with Enable Capture Message (found under SettingsParameters) to have the AI teach customers how to place an order.

Example prompt: “Teach the customer to place an order by commenting <keyword>+<quantity> in Messenger.”
