Guide Your Customers to Use Boxify
Your customers may not be familiar with the Boxify ordering process. Use the steps below to help them feel confident before and during your live session.
Host an introductory live session
Section titled “Host an introductory live session”Run a short session before your first real sale to introduce Boxify to your audience.
- Explain how to place an order using keywords — for example, “comment
A1+1to order one Apple set.” - Show the shopping cart submission process on screen.
- Answer any questions from your audience.
Post visual instructions before going live
Section titled “Post visual instructions before going live”- Create a simple step-by-step image guide showing how to comment a keyword and submit an order.
- Post it on your Facebook page before the live session starts.
- Include an example, such as “Type
A1+2in the comments to order 2 units.”
Announce keywords clearly during the live
Section titled “Announce keywords clearly during the live”- Show each product’s keyword and price on screen when you present the item.
- Remind customers to comment the keyword plus the quantity — for example,
A1+2.
Explain the shopping cart step
Section titled “Explain the shopping cart step”After a customer comments a keyword, they receive a message from Boxify with their shopping cart.
- Tell customers to open the Boxify message in their Messenger.
- Ask them to review their cart, fill in their shipping details, and complete payment.
