Add special tags to a product’s keyword description to control how shipping fees are calculated during promotions.

Boxify supports two tags: [PWP] and [FREESHIPPING].

Where to add these tags

Add the tag in the Description field when creating or editing a keyword.

Path: Keywords › Create or edit a keyword › Description field

Type the tag exactly as shown, including the square brackets. For example: [PWP]

[PWP] — Exclude an item from the free shipping threshold

What it does

Items tagged [PWP] are excluded from the free shipping calculation. This is useful for Purchase With Purchase (PWP) deals — add-on items sold at a low price — where you don’t want the add-on value to help customers reach the free shipping threshold.

PWP (Purchase With Purchase) means a customer buys a main item and gets the option to add a discounted item.

Example

Shipping rule: orders totalling RM100 or more get free shipping. Orders below RM100 pay RM20 shipping.

Example A — Customer buys RM200 worth of [PWP] items only. Result: system charges RM20 shipping, because the entire order is excluded.

Example B — Customer buys RM150 total: RM50 is a [PWP] item and RM100 is a regular item. Result: system counts only RM100 (the non-PWP amount), so the order qualifies for free shipping.

What it does

If any item in the order contains the [FREESHIPPING] tag, the entire order ships for free.

Recommended practices

Type the tag exactly: [PWP] or [FREESHIPPING]. Do not add extra spaces inside the brackets.
Check your shipping rules before running a campaign. These tags work based on your existing shipping fee settings.
If you use [FREESHIPPING], state clearly in your promotion which item triggers free shipping and whether any conditions apply.
