Remove or Refresh Connected Facebook App

If your Facebook permissions have changed or expired, remove and reconnect the Boxify app to restore the connection.

Removing the app lets you:

• Reauthorize permissions cleanly
• Resolve connection issues
• Refresh access tokens
• Fix message delivery problems

Note

Removing the app does not delete your orders or Boxify data — it only resets the page connection.

Steps to remove Boxify from Facebook

1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner of Facebook.
2. Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
3. Click Business integrations in the left-hand menu.
4. Find Boxify in the list, then click Remove next to its name.

After removing the app, reconnect it from the Boxify platform setup page.

Only the admin who originally connected the app can remove it. You must be in your personal profile (not the Page profile) to do this. You can also go directly to your business integrations here: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings
