Remove or Refresh Connected Facebook App
Section titled “Remove or Refresh Connected Facebook App”If your Facebook permissions have changed or expired, remove and reconnect the Boxify app to restore the connection.
Removing the app lets you:
- Reauthorize permissions cleanly
- Resolve connection issues
- Refresh access tokens
- Fix message delivery problems
Steps to remove Boxify from Facebook
Section titled “Steps to remove Boxify from Facebook”- Click your profile picture in the top right corner of Facebook.
- Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
- Click Business integrations in the left-hand menu.
- Find Boxify in the list, then click Remove next to its name.
After removing the app, reconnect it from the Boxify platform setup page.
